chore: sync generated files and fix videodb description

- Fixed videodb/SKILL.md description (was 583 chars, now concise)
- Regenerated skills_index.json (969 skills)
- Updated README.md with latest skill count
- Regenerated CATALOG.md and data/catalog.json

Fixes validation error from PR #181 merge.
