  cs-quality-regulatory)
- Fix cs-ceo-advisor related agent path
- Update marketplace.json metadata counts (224 tools, 341 refs, 14 agents,
  12 commands)

Verified: all 19 scripts pass --help, all 14 agent paths resolve, mkdocs
builds clean.
