Subject: [PATCH] docs: Add Servers page snapshot with all Minecraft servers

WHAT:
- Complete Servers page with 6 Minecraft servers
- 2 premium add-ons (FoundryVTT, Hytale)
- All servers categorized by Fire/Frost/Arcane paths
- Server addresses and descriptions

WHY:
- Document complete server list for soft launch
- Backup server information
- Reference for server additions
