+By accessing or using Firefrost Gaming services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
+Firefrost Gaming provides access to Minecraft multiplayer servers and related services. We offer multiple server types, subscription tiers, and optional add-on services. Service availability, features, and server uptime are subject to change.
+You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Users under 18 must have parental consent. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account. One account per person; account sharing is prohibited.
+Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or as a one-time payment depending on the tier selected. Payments are processed through our secure payment provider.
+Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
+Refunds: One-time payments (Awakened tier) are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of initial purchase only.
+Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate for the duration of continuous service.
+You agree not to:
+Harass, abuse, or harm other players. Use cheats, hacks, mods, or exploits that provide unfair advantages. Grief, steal from, or intentionally damage other players' builds without consent. Share or distribute malicious content, viruses, or harmful code. Impersonate staff members or other players. Engage in real-money trading or account selling. Use our services for any illegal purpose. Attempt to bypass server security or access restricted areas.
+Firefrost Gaming and its branding are owned by us. User-created content (builds, chat messages) remains your property, but you grant us a license to host and display it as part of our services. We respect Minecraft's EULA and Mojang's terms. You must own a legitimate copy of Minecraft to play.
+Staff have final say in all moderation decisions. We enforce our community rules fairly but with discretion. Punishments may include warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account termination. Banned users are not entitled to refunds.
+We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for data loss, though we maintain regular backups. Server wipes or resets may occur as needed for technical or gameplay reasons with advance notice.
+Firefrost Gaming is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
+We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.
+These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Minnesota. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing legal action.
+We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
