- Includes complete panel configuration (welcome messages, routing,
naming, permissions) for every ticket type
- Transcript and logging setup
- Staff workflow reference
- Troubleshooting section (including role hierarchy lesson learned today)
- Future enhancements roadmap
- References Task #85 (Paymenter redirect)
