Priority: Medium - Quality of Life (HIGH for accessibility)

Progress (March 4, 2026):

✅ NotebookLM account created
✅ First notebook: "Firefrost Infrastructure & Operations" (13 docs uploaded)
✅ Query accuracy verified
🔄 First Audio Overview generating
⏳ Chronicler Lineage notebook
⏳ Google Drive sync strategy

Source Sync Strategy:

No official NotebookLM consumer API
Recommended: Store key docs in Google Drive → NotebookLM points to Drive → one-click sync
For now: manual upload after major sessions (~5-10 min/week)
Future: n8n workflow to auto-export key docs to Google Drive

The Workflow:

NotebookLM = Research home base (grounded, no hallucination)
Claude = Expansion tool (web search, broader thinking)
Back to NotebookLM = Audio synthesis (listen instead of reading)

Chronicler Lineage (memorials, relationship docs)

This issue is being closed as part of the task system migration on April 1, 2026.

Why: The Gitea Issues + Kanban approach proved too heavyweight for daily operations and lacked accessibility for non-technical team members (Meg, Holly).

New System:

BLOCKERS.md - Critical soft launch tasks
BACKLOG.md - Future work organized by theme
Trinity Console v2 Task Module (planned) - Web-based task management
