# Paymenter Theme Installation - Citadel Theme

## Overview
Install and configure Citadel theme for Paymenter billing system. Professional appearance for customer portal.

## Deployment Notes (March 13, 2026)

- Citadel Theme zip was already on Billing VPS at /root/
- Three folders copied: themes/citadel, extensions/Others/CitadelEditor, public/assets
- Node.js 22 installed via nodesource repo
- npm install + npm run build + npm run build citadel — all clean
- CitadelEditor extension registered manually via tinker (type: other)
- Citadel Editor accessible at /admin/citadel-editor (NOT in Theme settings tab)
- Fire/Frost colors applied via Citadel Editor color picker

## Color Configuration
**Dark Mode (primary):**
- Primary: hsl(15, 100%, 55%) — Fire orange
- Secondary: hsl(210, 100%, 60%) — Frost blue
- Background: hsl(0, 0%, 4%) — matches Ghost #0A0A0A
- Background Secondary: hsl(217, 33%, 16%)
- Borders: hsl(220, 25%, 29%)
- Base Text: hsl(0, 0%, 100%)
- Muted Text: hsl(220, 15%, 65%)
- Inverted Text: hsl(220, 14%, 60%)

**Light Mode:**
- Primary: hsl(15, 100%, 45%)
- Secondary: hsl(210, 100%, 45%)
- Background: hsl(0, 0%, 100%)
- Background Secondary: hsl(0, 0%, 97%)
- Borders: hsl(220, 25%, 85%)
- Base Text: hsl(0, 0%, 0%)
- Muted Text: hsl(220, 28%, 25%)
- Inverted Text: hsl(0, 0%, 100%)

## Known Issues
- "Powered by Paymenter" still showing in footer — can be removed in Citadel Editor → Other → Remove Branding
- Billing VPS has 30 pending system updates (not urgent, schedule separately)
1. Download Citadel theme
2. Install in Paymenter
3. Configure branding (Fire/Frost colors)
4. Test customer portal
5. Document customizations

## Success Criteria
- ✅ Citadel theme installed
- ✅ Fire/Frost branding applied
- ✅ Customer portal professional
