## Action Items

### Verify with Holly: Channel Visibility for Wanderers
**Priority:** Before FOMO campaign launch (April 6)
**Task:** Confirm that locked channels (Fire Path, Frost Path, Subscriber Lounge, Game Servers) are visible to Wanderers but show "you don't have permission" when clicked — NOT greyed out/hidden.

**Why:** Visible-but-locked is more FOMO-inducing than hidden. Wanderers should *see* what they're missing and *try* to enter, then hit the paywall. This drives subscriptions better than hiding the channels entirely.

**How to verify:**
1. Create a test account (or ask Dragonlove786)
2. Join Discord as Wanderer (no subscription)
3. Confirm locked channels are VISIBLE in the sidebar
4. Click a locked channel → should see "you don't have permission" message
5. If channels are hidden instead, adjust role permissions: View Channel = ✅, Send Messages = ❌
