**Training Philosophy:**

**Training Levels:**
1. **Level 1:** Orientation (Days 1-3)
2. **Level 2:** Core Skills (Week 1)

## LEVEL 1: ORIENTATION (Days 1-3)

### Day 1: Welcome & Philosophy

### Day 2: Infrastructure Overview
