Upload to Minecraft.net
- Go to: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/msaprofile/mygames/editskin
- Click "Choose File"
- Select the skin PNG file
- Choose model (Steve or Alex)
- Click "Upload"
Once uploaded, the skin appears on all servers automatically.
