Action Items
Verify with Holly: Channel Visibility for Wanderers
Priority: Before FOMO campaign launch (April 6) Task: Confirm that locked channels (Fire Path, Frost Path, Subscriber Lounge, Game Servers) are visible to Wanderers but show "you don't have permission" when clicked — NOT greyed out/hidden.
Why: Visible-but-locked is more FOMO-inducing than hidden. Wanderers should see what they're missing and try to enter, then hit the paywall. This drives subscriptions better than hiding the channels entirely.
How to verify:
- Create a test account (or ask Dragonlove786)
- Join Discord as Wanderer (no subscription)
- Confirm locked channels are VISIBLE in the sidebar
- Click a locked channel → should see "you don't have permission" message
- If channels are hidden instead, adjust role permissions: View Channel = ✅, Send Messages = ❌
