Claude caf67d324b fix: close all completed tasks and add missing Mailcow issue 
PROBLEM:
6 tasks marked '✅ COMPLETE' were still OPEN in Gitea.
Task #20 (Mailcow) was complete in tasks.md but had no Gitea issue.

FIXED:
- Closed Issues #32, #33, #34, #37, #44, #68 (all completed tasks)
- Created Issue #74 for Task #20 (Mailcow Email Server)
- Added status/done label to all completed issues
- Closed duplicate Issues #25, #26

RESULT:
All completed tasks now properly closed and in Done column.
Total: 9 completed task issues

Go to: https://git.firefrostgaming.com/firefrost-gaming/brainstorming

Option A: Archive it

  • Settings → Advanced → Archive Repository
  • Keeps history, makes read-only

Option B: Delete it

  • Settings → Advanced → Delete Repository
  • Permanent removal (all content now in operations manual)

Recommendation: Archive it (preserves history, prevents accidental use)

2. Move Issues to Kanban Board

New issues #70-73 need to be added to "Firefrost Operations" project:

  1. Go to each issue (#70, #71, #72, #73)
  2. Right sidebar → Projects → Select "Firefrost Operations"
  3. Drag to appropriate column:
    • #70 (Ghost Homepage) → 🧙 Michael - To Do (high priority)
    • #71 (Server Listing) → 📋 Backlog
    • #72 (Among Us) → 🔥 Meg - To Do (community events)
    • #73 (Other Games) → 📋 Backlog

3. Clean Up Old References

Search and replace in documentation:

  • Any references to "brainstorming repo" → "operations manual"
  • Any links to firefrost-gaming/brainstorming → update paths
