📧 Webmail Access (IMPORTANT - You'll Need This!)

You'll need to check email for verification codes during setup.

Webmail URL: https://webmail.firefrostgaming.com
Username: socials@firefrostgaming.com
Password: Firefrost1234!

How to use:

1. Open https://webmail.firefrostgaming.com in a browser
2. Enter username: socials@firefrostgaming.com
3. Enter password: Firefrost1234!
4. Click "Login"
5. Check Inbox for verification codes from each platform
6. Keep this tab open while setting up social accounts - you'll get codes for Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.

Steps:

1. Click "Create account"
2. Enter email: socials@firefrostgaming.com
3. Click "Next"
4. Enter name: Firefrost Gaming
5. Click "Next"
6. Check email for verification code
7. Enter code
8. Click "Next"
9. Set password: Firefrost1234!
10. Choose username: @FirefrostGaming
11. Skip phone number (click "Skip for now")
12. Complete profile setup

9. Skip "Add phone number" (click "Skip")
10. Skip "Find Facebook Friends" (click "Skip")
11. Complete profile setup

IMPORTANT: After setup, enable Threads:

• Tap profile → Menu (3 lines) → Settings → "Threads"
• This auto-creates your Threads presence

5. Check email for verification code
6. Enter code

9. Complete signup

👥 Facebook Business Page Setup

URL: https://www.facebook.com/pages/create

IMPORTANT: You need a personal Facebook account first. If Meg/Holly don't have personal accounts, create one with a different email, THEN create the business page.

If creating from scratch:

1. Go to facebook.com/signup
2. Create personal account (use personal email, NOT socials@)
3. Verify account
4. Then go to facebook.com/pages/create

Creating Business Page:

1. Click "Create New Page"
2. Choose "Business or Brand"
3. Page name: Firefrost Gaming
4. Category: Video Game
5. Description: "Building a gaming refuge where passion meets precision. Premium modded Minecraft servers with Fire + Frost philosophy."
6. Click "Create Page"
7. Upload profile picture: firefrost-emblem-512.png
8. Upload cover photo: TBD (create in Canva)
9. Add website: https://firefrostgaming.com
10. Add email: socials@firefrostgaming.com

Add Page Admins:

• Settings → Page Roles → Add Michael & Holly as admins

6. Follow Google account creation
7. Once logged in, click profile icon → "Create a channel"
8. Choose "Use a custom name"
9. Enter: Firefrost Gaming
10. Click "Create"

Channel Setup:

• Name: Firefrost Gaming
• Handle: @FirefrostGaming
• Description: "Premium modded Minecraft servers built with Fire (passion) and Frost (precision). Join our community at firefrostgaming.com 🔥❄️"
• Profile Picture: Upload firefrost-emblem-512.png
• Banner: TBD (2560x1440, create in Canva)
• Links: Add firefrostgaming.com, Discord, Twitter

1. Once logged in, click "Create Community" (sidebar or hamburger menu)

5. Community type: Public
6. 18+ content: No
7. Click "Create Community"

Subreddit Setup:

• Icon: Upload firefrost-emblem-512.png
• Banner: TBD (1920x384, create in Canva)
• Description: Full version with links to website, Discord, rules
• Rules: Create basic rules (see template below)
• Flairs: Create post flairs (Announcement, Question, Showcase, etc.)

Suggested Reddit Rules:

1. Be respectful to all community members
2. No spam or self-promotion without permission
3. Keep content relevant to Firefrost Gaming
4. Follow Minecraft EULA and Terms of Service
5. Mark spoilers appropriately

Before starting, make sure you have:

• logo-light.png (for dark backgrounds)
• logo-dark.png (for light backgrounds)
• Brand colors list (see Canva section above)

Location: These should be in the /branding/ directory or EMISSARY_VAULT folder

🎯 Priority Order (If Short on Time)

Do these FIRST:

1. Twitter/X (most gaming community engagement)
2. Instagram (visual platform, easy content)
3. Reddit (community discussion hub)
4. TikTok (viral potential)

Do these SECOND: 5. YouTube (for longer content later) 6. Facebook (broader reach) 7. Twitch (when ready to stream) 8. BlueSky (claim username, activate later)

Do these LAST: 9. Buffer (after accounts exist) 10. Canva Pro (helpful but can wait) 11. Linktree (after you have links to add)

🚨 Important Notes

Email Access:

• Webmail: https://webmail.firefrostgaming.com
• Username: socials@firefrostgaming.com
• Password: Firefrost1234!
• You MUST have this open during setup - every platform sends verification codes
• Check spam folder if codes don't arrive
• Keep the webmail tab open the entire time you're setting up accounts

Two-Factor Authentication:

• After initial setup, enable 2FA on each platform
• Use authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy)
• Save backup codes somewhere safe (Vaultwarden)

Username Consistency:

• Try to get @FirefrostGaming on ALL platforms
• If taken, use @FirefrostGamingHQ or @PlayFirefrost
• Be consistent across all platforms

Password Security:

• Firefrost1234! is the initial password
• Change it after setup to something more secure
• Store in Vaultwarden password manager
