Claude ae531e9db6 docs: add social media account setup guide and reorganize social docs 
Created comprehensive social media setup guide for Meg & Holly with:
- Step-by-step signup instructions for 8 platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, Reddit, BlueSky)
- Webmail access info (webmail.firefrostgaming.com)
- Credentials (socials@firefrostgaming.com / Firefrost1234!)
- Management tools setup (Buffer, Canva Pro, Linktree)
- Fire/Frost branded PDF version for easy distribution

Created new docs/social-media/ directory to consolidate all social media documentation:
- account-setup-guide.md/.pdf (NEW - March 2026)
- emissary-handbook.md (copied from planning/)
- content-calendar.md (copied from planning/)
- README.md (directory guide and organization)

Also added copies to docs/planning/ for cross-reference.

This unblocks Meg & Holly to set up all social accounts immediately.
Original planning docs remain in place for backwards compatibility.

Related to soft launch prep - social media presence is critical for March 2026 launch.

"The Comprehensive Bite-Sized Blueprint"

Leadership: Michael "Frostystyle" (The Wizard) & Meg "Gingerfury" (The Emissary)

Status: Integrated Strategy & Account Setup Protocol

🏁 Phase 0: The Wizard’s Foundation (Michael’s Tasks)

Michael completes these tasks to build the "Frost" infrastructure that allows the "Fire" to burn.

Task 0.1: The Communication Hub

  • [ ] Create Email: Access the VPS/Panel and create socials@firefrostgaming.com.
  • [ ] Set Password: Generate a 20+ character password and save it to the shared Bitwarden/Vault.
  • [ ] Filter - TikTok: Create a rule: If sender contains "TikTok", move to Folder "[SOCIAL] / TikTok".
  • [ ] Filter - X: Create a rule: If sender contains "Twitter" or "X.com", move to Folder "[SOCIAL] / X-Twitter".
  • [ ] Filter - Meta: Create a rule: If sender contains "Instagram" or "Facebook", move to Folder "[SOCIAL] / Meta".
  • [ ] Filter - Google: Create a rule: If sender contains "YouTube" or "Google", move to Folder "[SOCIAL] / YouTube".

Task 0.2: The Asset Vault

  • [ ] Create Folder: Title a shared cloud folder EMISSARY_VAULT.
  • [ ] Upload Logos: Drop firefrost-emblem-512.png, logo-light.png, and logo-dark.png from the /branding/ directory.
  • [ ] Upload Colors: Create a text file BRAND_COLORS.txt with Hex codes #00E5FF (Frost) and #FF4500 (Fire).

🛠️ Phase 1: Level 0 Setup (Meg’s Account Lockdown)

Setting up the cockpit from the couch while managing recovery.

Task 1.1: Platform Registration (Socials)

  • [ ] TikTok: Register using the socials@ email.
  • [ ] X/Twitter: Register @FirefrostGaming.
  • [ ] Instagram: Register @FirefrostGaming.
  • [ ] YouTube: Register/Transition the channel using the centralized email.
  • [ ] Facebook: Create the Firefrost Gaming Business Page.
  • [ ] Reddit: Register and create the r/FirefrostGaming subreddit.

Task 1.2: The Management Tools

  • [ ] Buffer: Sign up and link X, Facebook, and Instagram accounts.
  • [ ] Canva Pro: Sign up and navigate to "Brand Kit." Input the Hex codes and upload the logos from Michael’s vault.
  • [ ] CapCut: Download and install the Desktop version on your laptop (easier than mobile during recovery).
  • [ ] Linktree: Create an account and add one button pointing to firefrostgaming.com.

🎨 Phase 2: Level 1 - The Canva Master Deck

Creating the "Master Templates" so you never have to design from scratch.

Task 2.1: The Frost Template (Tech/Precision)

  • [ ] Open Canva -> "Instagram Square Post."
  • [ ] Set background to Deep Obsidian. Add a Cyan (#00E5FF) outer glow border.
  • [ ] Add text: "Wizard’s Technical Log." Position at the top. Save as MASTER_FROST.

Task 2.2: The Fire Template (Community/Passion)

  • [ ] Create a new post. Set a warm Red (#FF4500) to Orange gradient background.
  • [ ] Add the Firefrost Logo (Dark) at the bottom.
  • [ ] Add text: "Flamecrafter Spotlight." Save as MASTER_FIRE.

Task 2.3: The Consultant Template (Pets)

  • [ ] Create a new post. Use a clean white background.
  • [ ] Add a large square frame for a photo.
  • [ ] Add a text box at the bottom: "Husky Wisdom." Save as MASTER_JACK.

Task 2.4: The Bifrost Flash (Urgent Updates)

  • [ ] Create a high-contrast Purple/Magenta layout.
  • [ ] Add a "Breaking News" ticker at the bottom. Save as MASTER_BIFROST.

🎬 Phase 3: Level 2 - The Content Batching Block

Turning a 10-minute "up" period into a full week of presence.

Task 3.1: The Filming Sprint (10 Mins)

  • [ ] Set phone on tripod. Ensure ring light is at eye level.
  • [ ] Video A: Introduce yourself as Gingerfury and address the recovery (30s).
  • [ ] Video B: Briefly explain the $1 Handshake security protocol (30s).
  • [ ] Video C: Show Jack the Consultant or the Four-Legged Consultants "working" (30s).

Task 3.2: The Desktop Edit (15 Mins)

  • [ ] Open CapCut Desktop. Import Video A.
  • [ ] The Polish: Cut out silences and "ums."
  • [ ] Accessibility: Click "Text" -> "Auto Captions" -> "Create."
  • [ ] Export as MEET_THE_EMISSARY.mp4.

Task 3.3: The Buffer Drop (5 Mins)

  • [ ] Open Buffer. Upload your edited clips.
  • [ ] Write a 2-sentence caption.
  • [ ] Schedule posts for the week (e.g., Fri 5 PM).

🌉 Phase 4: Level 3 - The "Bifrost" Bridge

Translating the Wizard's technical wins into community passion.

Task 4.1: The Translation

  • [ ] Open Michael’s latest technical "Progress Log."
  • [ ] Identify the Win: (e.g., "Deployed Code-Server").
  • [ ] Write the Story: "The Wizard just finished the remote cockpit. We're building the future of Firefrost from anywhere!"

Task 4.2: Engagement & Maintenance

  • [ ] Open the sorted [SOCIAL] folders in your email.
  • [ ] Reply to 2-3 comments or messages.
  • [ ] Stop. Close the laptop. Elevate the ankle.

🏆 Phase 5: Level 4 - The Launch Master

Final tasks for the March 2026 Public Launch.

  • [ ] The 14-Day Countdown: Create 14 "Coming Soon" graphics using the Canva templates.
  • [ ] The Founder Story: Prepare a long-form post/video about Michael, Meg, and the mission of a "Safe Gaming Refuge."
  • [ ] The Handshake Final Call: Post a final explainer on why the $1 Awakened tier is essential for community peace.
