🔥 THE EMISSARY'S SOCIAL MEDIA COMMAND CENTER 🔥
Your Step-by-Step Guide to Managing Firefrost Gaming's Social Platforms
Welcome, Gingerfury! This is your personal handbook for running Firefrost's social media. Everything is explained simply, with screenshots and step-by-step instructions. You've got this! 🔥❄️
Created for: Meg (The Emissary)
Created by: Michael (The Wizard)
Last Updated: February 8, 2026
Difficulty Level: Beginner-Friendly (No Tech Experience Required!)
📱 SECTION 1: Understanding Your Role
What is Social Media Management?
Think of social media like hosting a party:
- You're the host (you greet people, make announcements, keep things fun)
- Each platform is a different room (TikTok is the dance floor, Instagram is the photo booth, Discord is the living room where everyone hangs out)
- Your job is to make sure people have a good time and want to come back!
Your Platforms (In Order of Importance)
- Discord = Your living room (where the community actually lives)
- TikTok = Your megaphone (how new people find you)
- Instagram = Your scrapbook (pretty pictures and memories)
- Twitter = Your bulletin board (quick updates and announcements)
- YouTube = Your library (long videos people can watch anytime)
Don't worry about doing everything at once! Start with Discord and TikTok, then add the others when you're comfortable.
🎯 SECTION 2: Your Weekly Schedule (What to Post When)
The Simple Weekly Plan
Monday (15 minutes):
- Post on Twitter: "Happy Monday! Here's what's happening this week at Firefrost..."
- Share the same thing in Discord #announcements
Tuesday (30 minutes):
- Post a TikTok video (community spotlight or build showcase)
- Share that TikTok to Instagram Reels
Wednesday (15 minutes):
- Post a photo on Instagram (build screenshot or community moment)
- Reply to comments on TikTok/Instagram from Tuesday
Thursday (30 minutes):
- Post a TikTok video (tutorial tip or funny moment)
- Check Discord, reply to messages, chat with community
Friday (15 minutes):
- Post on Twitter/Instagram: "Weekend gaming plans!"
- Hype up any events happening
Saturday (Optional - if you have time):
- Extra TikTok if you feel like it
- Instagram Story about what you're up to
Sunday (15 minutes):
- Reply to comments/messages from the week
- Plan next week's content (take 5 minutes to think about what videos to make)
Total time per week: ~2 hours
📲 SECTION 3: Platform Setup Guides

Photo/Video Tips
For Minecraft Screenshots:
- Use shaders if possible (makes graphics prettier)

- Frame the build in center of screen
- Hide your UI (F1 key on keyboard)
For TikTok/Instagram Videos:
- Use bright lighting (turn on all lights in room)
- Film horizontally for YouTube, vertically for TikTok/Instagram
- Speak clearly and smile!
- Short is better (30-60 seconds max for TikTok)
🆘 SECTION 7: Common Problems & Solutions
"I don't know what to post today!"
Solution: Use the content ideas in Section 5. Pick one and just do it! Doesn't have to be perfect.
"Nobody is liking/commenting on my posts"
Solution:
- Make sure you're using hashtags (#MinecraftServer #FirefrostGaming)
- Post at good times (7-9 AM or 5-7 PM when people are on phones)
- Reply to comments on OTHER people's posts (they'll check you out)
- Be patient! Growth takes 2-3 months
"Someone was mean in the comments"
Solution:
- Delete the comment (you have that power!)
- Block the user if they keep doing it
- Don't argue back - not worth your energy
- Tell Michael if it's really bad
"I accidentally posted something wrong!"
Solution:
- Delete it (click the ... menu, select "Delete")
- Repost the correct version
- Nobody will remember - we all make mistakes!
"I don't have time this week"
Solution:
- It's okay to skip! Life happens.
- Prioritize Discord (say hi to people daily)
- TikTok can wait a few days
- Post when you can, don't stress
"The app isn't working!"
Solution:
- Close the app completely (swipe up on iPhone, swipe away on Android)
- Reopen it
- If still broken, delete and reinstall the app
- Ask Michael if you're stuck
📊 SECTION 8: How to Know If You're Doing Well
What Success Looks Like
Month 1:
- Discord: 20+ members (slow start is normal!)
- TikTok: 50+ followers, a few videos posted
- Instagram: 30+ followers
- Getting comfortable posting regularly
Month 3:
- Discord: 50+ members, people chatting daily
- TikTok: 200+ followers, some videos getting 1,000+ views
- Instagram: 100+ followers
- You have a posting routine that feels easy
Month 6:
- Discord: 100+ members, active community
- TikTok: 500+ followers, consistent views
- Instagram: 300+ followers
- People are sharing your content!
Don't worry about huge numbers! Focus on:
- Are people being nice to each other? ✅
- Are new people joining Discord? ✅
- Are you having fun doing this? ✅
If yes to all three, you're doing great!
🎯 SECTION 9: Your First 30 Days

- Create accounts on all platforms
- Add profile pictures and bios

Week 4: Reflect
- What platform do you enjoy most?
- What type of content is easiest for you?
- What's getting the best response?
- Adjust your strategy based on what you learned
💪 SECTION 10: You Can Do This!
Meg, remember:
- You don't have to be perfect
- You don't have to post every single day
- You don't have to know everything about technology
