Things are not being documented properly. Example:
Ghost footer social links - Reddit, Bluesky, Mastodon, Kick were supposed to be added in a previous session but were NOT.
This indicates a systemic documentation failure in the Chronicler handoff process.
WHAT MUST HAPPEN NEXT SESSION
BEFORE doing ANY other work:

Review documentation processes
- How are tasks being tracked?
- How are completions being verified?
- What's falling through the cracks?

Audit recent work
- What else was "supposed to be done" but wasn't?
- Which tasks are marked complete but actually incomplete?
- What decisions were made but not documented?

Fix the process
- Update FFG-STD-002 (Task Documentation) if needed
- Update SESSION-HANDOFF-NEXT.md template
- Create verification checklist for session ends
