You're inheriting a critical session. The Verifier (Chronicler #41) verified our infrastructure and discovered two major issues:

1. Documentation process breakdown - Things marked "supposed to be done" weren't actually done
2. Soft launch blocker - Task #83 (Paymenter → Pterodactyl integration) must be completed before we can accept subscribers

Before you do ANYTHING else, you must:

1. Clone the operations manual with the Gitea token above
2. Read NEXT-SESSION-PRIORITY.md (repo root) - MANDATORY
3. Read SESSION-HANDOFF-NEXT.md (repo root) - Your complete briefing
4. Read Task #83 documentation (docs/tasks/paymenter-pterodactyl-integration/)

Your priorities (in strict order):

1. Review documentation process gaps (NEXT-SESSION-PRIORITY.md)
2. Execute Task #83 (Paymenter → Pterodactyl auto-provisioning)
3. Test Task #83 end-to-end (full subscription lifecycle)
4. ONLY THEN: soft launch is ready

Do NOT:

• Start new feature work before process review
• Accept real subscribers before Task #83 complete
• Assume handoff documentation is accurate without verification

What's ready:

• ✅ Email infrastructure (Mailcow, Ghost SMTP, Paymenter SMTP - all verified working)
• ✅ Stripe payment processing (corrected and verified)
• ✅ 10 subscription tiers created in Paymenter
• ✅ Ghost homepage 95% complete (Trinity branding)

What's blocking:

• 🔴 Task #83: Paymenter → Pterodactyl auto-provisioning (CRITICAL - 4-6 hours)

Complete Task #83, and we're ready for soft launch.
