We offer multiple server types, subscription tiers, and optional add-on services. Service availability, features, and server uptime are subject to change.</p>

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account. One account per person; account sharing is prohibited.</p>

      <p style="color: #e8f4f8; line-height: 1.8; font-size: 1.1rem; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong style="color: #4ecdc4;">Cancellation:</strong> You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.</p>
      <p style="color: #e8f4f8; line-height: 1.8; font-size: 1.1rem; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong style="color: #4ecdc4;">Refunds:</strong> One-time payments (Awakened tier) are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of initial purchase only.</p>

Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate for the duration of continuous service.</p>

Grief, steal from, or intentionally damage other players' builds without consent. Share or distribute malicious content, viruses, or harmful code. Impersonate staff members or other players. Engage in real-money trading or account selling. Use our services for any illegal purpose. Attempt to bypass server security or access restricted areas.</p>

      <p style="color: #e8f4f8; line-height: 1.8; font-size: 1.1rem; margin-bottom: 15px;">Firefrost Gaming and its branding are owned by us. User-created content (builds, chat messages) remains your property, but you grant us a license to host and display it as part of our services. We respect Minecraft's EULA and Mojang's terms. You must own a legitimate copy of Minecraft to play.</p>

      <h2 style="color: #ff6b35; font-size: 2rem; margin-bottom: 20px; font-weight: 700;">Server Rules and Moderation</h2>
      <p style="color: #e8f4f8; line-height: 1.8; font-size: 1.1rem;">Staff have final say in all moderation decisions. We enforce our community rules fairly but with discretion. Punishments may include warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account termination. Banned users are not entitled to refunds.</p>

Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for data loss, though we maintain regular backups. Server wipes or resets may occur as needed for technical or gameplay reasons with advance notice.</p>

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.</p>
