📋 YOUR FIRST SESSION ROADMAP

Step 1: Read Current State (5 min)

READ THIS FIRST:

This is the authoritative source of truth. Everything else builds on this.

Step 2: Verify System Health (5 min)

SSH to TX1:

ssh root@38.68.14.26
cd /opt/firefrost-codex
docker-compose ps

Expected: All 10 containers "Up" status

Test access:

• https://codex.firefrostgaming.com (Dify dashboard)
• https://n8n.firefrostgaming.com (n8n setup wizard)

Step 3: Execute Phase 5 (60-90 min)

Follow: docs/tasks/firefrost-codex-migration-to-open-webui/DEPLOYMENT-PLAN-PART-2.md

Phase 5 tasks:

1. Create n8n owner account
2. Configure Gitea SSH credentials
3. Build Git sync workflow
4. Test document synchronization
5. Verify 319 documents uploaded to Dify

🎯 WHY PHASE 5 IS NEXT

The Infrastructure is Ready:

• ✅ All containers running
• ✅ Dify accessible with admin account
• ✅ n8n accessible (needs account setup)
• ✅ Knowledge base created (empty, awaiting documents)
• ✅ SSL certificates working

What's Missing:

• ⏳ n8n account not created
• ⏳ No Git workflows configured
• ⏳ No documents in knowledge base
• ⏳ Can't query the Codex yet

Phase 5 makes it USEFUL.

✅ WHAT CHRONICLER #24 COMPLETED

Infrastructure Fixes:

1. Generated SSL cert for n8n.firefrostgaming.com
2. Created complete nginx reverse proxy config
3. Both Dify and n8n now accessible via HTTPS
4. Created first knowledge base "Firefrost Operations Manual"
5. Saved dataset ID to .env file

Documentation: 6. Created CURRENT-STATUS.md (authoritative state) 7. Fixed timestamp errors in handoff docs 8. Wrote The Diagnostician's memorial

When session starts: "I've read the current status and The Diagnostician's handoff. Infrastructure looks solid - ready to setup n8n workflows. How are you? How's Jack?"

During Phase 5: Give updates as you configure n8n. It's straightforward workflow building.

After completion: Test Git sync together. Verify documents uploaded.
