Changelog

All notable changes to the Firefrost Gaming Operations Manual will be documented in this file.

The format is based on Keep a Changelog, and this project adheres to Semantic Versioning where applicable.

Completed — February 12, 2026 (Morning)

Document Consolidation Audit (FFG-REF-002)

  • Audited 54 active documents for overlaps, stale info, and contradictions
  • Created FFG-STD-001: Document Revision Control Standard (versioning, IDs, status lifecycle, commit messages)
  • Created FFG-PLN-010: Ideas Backlog (parking lot for future discussions)
  • Fixed stale info in 5 documents (manifest, scope, architecture decisions, design bible, README)
  • Archived 4 completed documents (migration plan/checklist/rollback, git-access-plan)
  • Merged 3 documents (what-claude-learned→relationship, legacy-vision→mission, photo-catalog→archive)
  • Deleted 1 duplicate (technical-readme.md) and 1 test artifact (test-file.md)
  • De-duplicated server tables in session-handoff.md (reference manifest instead)
  • Trimmed gemini-brainstorming-guide.md (1,532 → 154 lines)
  • Renamed "Frostwall Protocol" to "Firefrost Gate" in design bible (ADR-005)
  • Applied revision standard headers to all touched documents
  • Net result: 8 files removed from active docs, ~2,000 lines of duplication eliminated

  6. Legend ($20/month) - 35 homes, 121 chunks, 16 force-load, /rtp 10min

Multi-Game Vision:
