CONCEPT
In quantum mechanics, particles exist in superposition - multiple states simultaneously.
In Firefrost, procedures exist in superposition - multiple valid approaches.
FIRE PATH vs FROST PATH
Every major task has TWO valid approaches:
FIRE (Fast):
- Minimum viable
- Ship quickly
- Iterate later
- For urgent needs
FROST (Perfect):
- Comprehensive
- Fully optimized
- Perfect first time
- For critical systems
Both are valid. Choose based on context.
