🎨📱 WE'RE RECRUITING: BUILDERS (2-3) & SOCIAL MEDIA HELPER (1)
Builders - What You'll Build:
- Design unique spawn areas for 13+ curated modpacks
- Create environments that embody Fire (warm, passionate, community) vs Frost (cool, precise, technical) aesthetics
- Work with modded mechanics to create functional, welcoming spawns
What We Need:
- Strong Minecraft building portfolio (screenshots/video)
- Understanding of modded Minecraft mechanics
- Aesthetic design sense (Fire vs Frost visual philosophy)
- Ability to match spawn design to modpack themes (tech/magic/exploration)
Social Media Helper - What You'll Do:
- Support our community manager (The Emissary) with content strategy and execution
- Create and schedule content across Discord, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit
- Build and engage our community during launch
- Develop content calendar aligned with Fire/Frost brand voice
What We Need:
- Experience with social media management (gaming communities preferred)
- Content creation skills (graphics, short-form video, copywriting)
- Understanding of Discord community building
- Comfortable with tools like Buffer, Canva, CapCut (or willingness to learn)

🌎 LOCATION PREFERENCE
While this is a remote position and we welcome applicants from anywhere, we have a preference for candidates in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul) area.
Why? We'd love the opportunity for occasional in-person team meetups to build genuine connection and collaboration. Coffee, tea, bubble tea, or just water and good conversation - the beverage doesn't matter, the connection does. Plus, you can argue about modpack balance in person, which is somehow more fun than Discord voice chat.
Remote-first, but local-friendly!
Not local? You're still welcome to apply! We value the right fit over geography. Remote collaboration works great - we just also enjoy the occasional face-to-face "wait, did you really just build that in survival?" moment.
