Review and update all 34 configs in the ai-ml category:
- Remove max_pages from all configs
- Rewrite anthropic, openai-api, langchain, ollama for current state
- Fix URL patterns in chroma, seaborn, nltk, keras, deepspeed
- All configs pass dry-run validation
