Update documentation for large documentation features
Comprehensive documentation updates for large docs support:
README.md:
- Add "Large Documentation Support" to key features
- Add "Router/Hub Skills" feature highlight
- Add "Checkpoint/Resume" feature highlight
- Update MCP tools count: 6 → 8
