1. **test_mcp_server::test_validate_invalid_config**

   - **Issue**: Test expected validation to fail for invalid@name and missing protocol
   - **Root Cause**: ConfigValidator intentionally permissive
   - **Fix**: Updated test to use realistic validation error (invalid source type)
   - **Result**: Now passes (25/25 MCP tests passing)
