Linting with Ruff
What is Ruff?
Ruff is an extremely fast Python linter written in Rust that combines the functionality of multiple tools:
- Flake8 (style checking)
- isort (import sorting)
- Black (code formatting)
- pyupgrade (Python version upgrades)
- And 100+ other linting rules

Test Requirements Before Commits

"never skip any test. always make sure all test pass"
This means:
