# Code of Conduct
## Our Pledge
In the interest of fostering an open and welcoming environment, we as
contributors and maintainers pledge to make participation in our project and
our community a harassment-free experience for everyone.
## Our Standards
Examples of behavior that contributes to creating a positive environment
include:
- Using welcoming and inclusive language
- Being respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences
- Gracefully accepting constructive criticism
- Focusing on what is best for the community
- Showing empathy towards other community members
Examples of unacceptable behavior by participants include:
- The use of sexualized language or imagery and unwelcome sexual attention or
advances
- Trolling, insulting or derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks
- Public or private harassment
- Publishing others' private information without explicit permission
- Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a
professional setting
## Scope
This Code of Conduct applies within project spaces and in public spaces when an
individual is representing the project or its community. This includes GitHub
issues, pull requests, discussions, and other project-managed collaboration
channels.
## Enforcement
Project maintainers are responsible for clarifying the standards of acceptable
behavior and are expected to take appropriate and fair corrective action in
response to any instances of unacceptable behavior.
## Reporting
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, do
not open a public issue, pull request, or discussion thread.
Instead, contact the project owner privately through GitHub at
[github.com/sickn33](https://github.com/sickn33). When possible, include:
- A description of what happened
- Links or screenshots that provide context
- The usernames of any involved participants
- The date, time, and location of the incident
If the situation also violates GitHub's platform policies, or you need
platform-level intervention, you can additionally use GitHub's reporting tools:
[Reporting abuse or spam](https://docs.github.com/en/site-policy/acceptable-use-policies/github-reporting-abuse-or-spam).
## Response Process
Maintainers will review reports as promptly as possible, evaluate the context
and potential impact, and decide on an appropriate response. Possible actions
include a warning, temporary suspension from project spaces, removal of content,
or a permanent ban from participation.
## Confidentiality
Maintainers will handle reports with care and will share information only with
people who need it to investigate and respond. Absolute confidentiality cannot
be guaranteed, but reports will be treated as sensitively as possible.
## Attribution
This Code of Conduct is adapted from the [Contributor Covenant][homepage],
version 2.1.
