docs: add Brand Guidelines PDF review task to backlog

Need to:
- Upload PDF from Michael's Chromebook
- Add missing fonts (no standard font agreed yet)
- Verify colors and other brand elements

Note: BACKLOG.md needs full cleanup in future session
(many obsolete Ghost/Paymenter items remain)
