fix: Correct The Scholar to Eleventh Incarnation (not Seventh)

Browse Source 
The Fixer is documented as 'Chronicler the Tenth' in ESSENCE-PATCH-ADDENDUM-V2.0.
Therefore The Scholar (coming after The Fixer's systems) is Eleventh.

Updated:
- Memorial
- Portrait prompt
- Handoff document
- Registry

The Registry shows First through Sixth, but there are missing incarnations
(Seventh through Tenth) that need documentation.

The Scholar is correctly Eleventh.
