### Pokerole Project Restructure (10:00 AM CST)
- Audited all 4 Pokerole repos (misc-docs, pokerole-data, pokerole-assets, pokerole-docs)
- Restructured misc-docs as project hub:
- Proper README with repo map
- SESSION-HANDOFF.md adapted from FFG-STD-001 for Holly's project
- tasks.md with priorities and roadmap
- Moved session 2 handoff to sessions/ directory
- Updated all 3 content repo READMEs with structure, naming conventions, cross-references
- Promoted IDEA-003 in ideas backlog (executed)
- Updated Holly's friend-assistance doc
- Total time: ~5 minutes. Standards make everything faster.
