Phase M1 + M2 COMPLETE: - Gitea operational at git.firefrostgaming.com on Command Center (63.143.34.217) - Automation system running on Command Center, connected to new Gitea - All repositories migrated from GitHub mirror - Git credential caching configured for unattended operation - Verification tests successful (exit code 0) Challenges solved: - Command Center IP routing issues (manual interface config) - SSL certificates via DNS validation (bypassed network issues) - Gitea database corruption (fresh install + GitHub migration) - Automation Git auth (credential caching) Remaining migrations: Uptime Kuma, MkDocs, Wiki.js, NextCloud Pterodactyl + game servers: 100% untouched and operational Total time: 4 hours Next: Phase M3 (Uptime Kuma)	2026-02-09 17:23:32 -06:00
