Firefrost Automation b7e6fe5607 Sync project-files with latest docs for future Claude sessions 
Updated Files:
- SANDBOX-BRIEFING.md: 1769 → 8931 bytes (Frostwall Protocol complete)
- session-handoff.md: 41122 → 50697 bytes (Morning session added)

Ensures project-files/ directory matches docs/ for consistency.
Future Claude sessions can reference either location.

Ready for Code-Server deployment tonight! 🔥❄️

Firefrost Phase 0 Configurations

Project: Frostwall Protocol - Infrastructure Archive
Status: Active
Repository Purpose: Version-controlled storage of all Firefrost Gaming infrastructure configurations

Repository Structure

  • docs/ - Technical documentation and deployment guides
  • management/ - Management service configurations (Gitea, etc.)
  • nodes/ - Node network configurations
  • security/ - Firewall and security rules
  • web/ - Nginx and web service configurations

Current Services

  • ✅ Gitea (git.firefrostgaming.com) - Version Control System
