The Backup Plan

If Discord joins are lower than expected: Do absolutely nothing.

  • Do not extend the timeline
  • Do not post desperate "Please join!" follow-ups
  • Welcome the people who DO join as the most important Wanderers on earth
  • Proceed with soft launch exactly as planned

The soft launch tests infrastructure (Stripe, Pterodactyl, Ops Manual), not audience size. Momentum builds organically once servers are live and players invite friends.
