Updated social media platforms list to include:
- Facebook (@FirefrostGaming)
- Twitch (@FirefrostGaming)

Total platforms: 7 (Discord, Facebook, Twitter/X, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)

Also updated Ghost footer HTML with Facebook and Twitch placeholders.
