Daniel.y 1fd409757c fix: Migrate from deprecated tool.uv to PEP 735 dependency-groups ...

Migrate to modern Python packaging standard (PEP 735)

- Replace [tool.uv] with [dependency-groups]
- Remove deprecated [tool.uv.sources] section
- Eliminates UV deprecation warnings
- Follows PEP 735 standard (accepted October 2024)
