yusyus 3e36571b47 test: Update all version assertions to 2.5.1 ...

Fixed version assertions in test_package_structure.py:
- test_cli_has_version: 2.0.0 → 2.5.1
- test_mcp_has_version: 2.4.0 → 2.5.1
- test_mcp_tools_has_version: 2.4.0 → 2.5.1
- test_root_has_version: 2.0.0 → 2.5.1

Related: v2.5.1 version bump
