yusyus 75508565d7 docs: Update PyPI metadata to highlight Chinese i18n support ...

- Add Chinese (简体中文) mention in package description
- Add i18n, chinese, international keywords for better discoverability
- Add Natural Language classifiers for English and Chinese (Simplified)
- Add direct link to Chinese README in project URLs

This makes the Chinese translation more discoverable on PyPI and
appeals to the massive Chinese developer market.
