IMPLEMENTED: - Discord role sync on checkout.session.completed - Grace period (3 days) on customer.subscription.deleted - Automatic downgrade to Awakened on grace expiration (hourly cron) - Chargeback handling with immediate ban + role removal FILES ADDED TO ARBITER: - src/services/discordRoleSync.js - src/sync/graceExpiration.js PHILOSOPHY: 'We Don't Kick People Out' - expired grace periods downgrade to permanent Awakened tier, not removal.
