c774b9ae3c AI Stack architecture enhanced: vector database scaling for 1,000+ documents 
MAJOR CHANGES:
- Dual deployment: AnythingLLM (primary) + Open WebUI (staff)
- AnythingLLM with LanceDB vector database (proven to 5,000+ docs)
- Workspace-based isolation (Operations, Pokerole, Brainstorming, Staff)
- Batch ingestion strategy: 100 docs at a time (prevent OOM)
- Embedding model added: all-MiniLM-L6-v2 for semantic search
- Detailed ingestion process (6-8 hours total, 2-3 hours active)
- Hardware validation: TX1 can handle 1,000+ docs easily

SCALING STRATEGY:
- Phase 3 now includes proper RAG pipeline
- Vector DB for semantic search across full repo
- Workspace isolation prevents context bleed
- Auto-update via Git sync (repos update → workspaces re-ingest)

RESOURCE UPDATE:
- Total: 140GB RAM / 251GB = 56% usage (was 44%)
- Total: 179GB storage / 809GB = 22% usage (was 15%)
- Headroom for 5,000+ document growth

e1eb6661dc Complete task restructure: dependency-based ordering, all 27 tasks integrated 
MAJOR CHANGES:
- Restructured into 6 tiers based on logical dependencies
- All 27 tasks from previous version properly integrated
- Added 10 previously missing tasks (Vaultwarden Org, Netdata, World Backups, etc.)
- Frostwall Protocol fully detailed from Google Doc
- Time estimates for all tasks
- Visual dependency chains
- 7-session roadmap to operational foundation (~15 hours)

TIER BREAKDOWN:
- Tier 0: 3 quick wins (<2 hours total)
- Tier 1: 4 security tasks (Vaultwarden, Frostwall, hardening, scoped token)
- Tier 2: 3 infrastructure (Mailcow NC1, AI stack TX1, Netdata)
- Tier 3: 5 planning/design (Access matrix, MkDocs, doc cleanups)
- Tier 4: 4 branding (Terraria 12wk, Paymenter theme, photos, NextCloud)
- Tier 5: 5 game optimization (Restart, audit, LuckPerms, backups, Blueprint)
- Tier 6: 3 future/deferred (Discord, Flagship 2027, Among Us Phase 2)

Execute top to bottom - each tier unblocks the next.

7d88920ebc Strategic split: Mailcow on NC1, AI stack on TX1 for geographic redundancy 
Decision:
- Email server deploys to NC1 Charlotte (not new VPS)
- AI stack deploys to TX1 Dallas
- Geographic redundancy: Dallas vs Charlotte
- Disaster resilience: TX1 failure doesn't kill email, NC1 failure doesn't kill AI
- $0/month vs $10/month VPS cost
- Phase 0 NC1 cleanup now mandatory (was optional)
- 46GB storage after cleanup (30GB needed, 16GB headroom)
